We do so with the greatest possible care. Participants in events we capture are informed in advance by the organization we work for.

We always let participants know what the images and/or videos are for and where they will be published.

When hiring Eastcamp, you agree to take full responsibility for all legal concerns having to do with privacy and portrait rights.

Eastcamp does not take responsibility and/or is not accountable for any violated privacy- and/or portrait rights when working for a client. Neither do we take responsibility for the spreading and usage of the images and/or videos made for clients by third parties.

All legal issues have to be discussed with the organizations we work for.
